Başkent Konya Hospital Expands Global Vision at Key Health Tourism Events in the UAE
In May 2025, Başkent University Konya Hospital proudly participated in two major international healthcare events held in the United Arab Emirates: the Middle East International Medical Tourism Congress (MIMTC 2025) in Abu Dhabi and the Dubai Health Tourism Expo.
These events provided a valuable platform to present our hospital’s vision for advanced medical care, international collaboration, and excellence in organ transplantation, stem cell therapy, pediatric care, and complex surgical services. We were honored to engage with healthcare leaders from across the region, sharing ideas, building new partnerships, and reaffirming our commitment to patient-centered global care.
During the Dubai Expo, our hospital delegation had the privilege of meeting with Mr. Onur Şaylan, Consul General of the Republic of Türkiye in Dubai. The meeting focused on strengthening Türkiye’s role as a global healthcare destination, and positioning Konya as a strategic medical hub through high-quality, internationally accessible services.
