Başkent Unıversıty Konya Applıcatıon And Research Center Partıcıpated In The Interactıve Pedıatrıc Congress In Tangıer, Morocco
Başkent University Konya Hospital participated as a guest in the 20th Interactive Pediatrics Congress held in Tangier, Morocco on 01-03 September 2023. At the congress, our hospital's International Patient Coordinator Ercan Zeki Gedik and Pediatrics Cardiology Clinic responsible represented by Dr. Mahmut Gökdemir. Our representatives held meetings with pediatric health officials from Morocco and regional countries at the congress fair area and the health institutions they were invited to, and were informed about the health facilities of our country and our hospital. Our representatives, who were pleased with the warm welcome and close attention shown to them, wished that the efforts to evaluate mutual cooperation opportunities would be carried forward during the meetings and that they would yield results for the benefit of the countries in the region.
Les journées de pédiatrie pratique de Tanger (JIPT) congress president Dr. BENNANI Khalid expressed his satisfaction with our hospital's participation in the Congress and hoped that this participation would make a positive contribution to Turkish Moroccan relations and create opportunities for cooperation in the field of health.
Mr. Nawal Filali, president of the Yallah Neteaven charity association, stated that the acquaintance that started at the Istanbul Turap Expo turned into a friendship based on trust and that this would have a positive impact on the good relations between Morocco and Turkey, and that they were very happy that Konya hospital accepted this invitation, adding that they were working together with Konya hospital in this region. expressed his wishes.
Head of the Department of Pediatrics and Cardiology at Başkent Hospital, Lecturer Dr. Mahmut Gökdemir expressed that he was pleased with the interest and warm welcome shown to them and hoped that this visit would lead to mutual experience and case transfer in the field of health.
Deputy Hospital Director, International Patient Coordinator Ercan Zeki Gedik said that they are trying to reveal the opportunities of working together with friendly and brotherly countries in the field of health and to establish strong, continuous ties in this field, and he hopes that this congress will produce results in line with this purpose.
