توفر كلية الطب بجامعة باشكنت، قسم طب حديثي الولادة، الرعاية للمرضى الداخليين والخارجيين لحديثي الولادة والرضع. يتم إجراء التجارب السريرية المتعلقة بحديثي الولادة من قبل أطباء حديثي الولادة. يقدم برنامج التدريب على الإقامة في طب الأطفال تجربة سريرية وأكاديمية وبحثية فريدة من نوعها في القسم.
تمثل وحدة العناية المركزة لحديثي الولادة بجامعة باشكنت (NICU) أعلى مستوى من تصميم وتقنية وممارسات وحدة العناية المركزة لحديثي الولادة. يعمل في هذه الوحدة المتخصصة فريق ذو مهارات عالية من أطباء حديثي الولادة وأطباء قلب الأطفال وجراحي قلب الأطفال وجراحي الأطفال وممرضات حديثي الولادة وغيرهم من مقدمي الخدمات الطبية المساعدة.
تكشف المتابعة الدقيقة قبل الولادة من قبل أطباء الفترة المحيطة بالولادة عن الحالات عالية الخطورة قبل ولادة الأطفال، مما يمكنهم من الحصول على العلاج المناسب بعد الولادة.
نقدم معلومات حول الولادة المبكرة ونتائج الحمل ذي المخاطر العالية الأخرى, و أفضل النتائج للأطفال الرضع الذين يعانون من أمراض القلب الخلقية من خلال المتابعة الشهرية خلال فترة الحمل من قِبل أخصائي الطب النسائي والتوليد.
تقدم وحدة الرعاية المركزة لحديثي الولادة (NICU)لدينا رعاية متخصصة ومعقدة لجميع الرضع المولودة قبل الموعد وأيضًا للرضع الجدد الذين يزنون أقل من 1000 جرام والرضع المصابين بظروف خلقية ومشاكل صحية أخرى. تم تجهيز وحدة الرعاية المركزة بأحدث التقنيات لتقديم رعاية ذكية، بوجود أحدث أجهزة التدفئة بالأشعة، وأسرّة الرعاية الفائقة، ووحدات العزل, وأجهزة التنفس الاصطناعي، وأجهزة مراقبة الجهاز التنفسي والقلب. تم علاج الرضع الذين يعانون من مشاكل تنفسية رئوية بتقنية التهوية الميكانيكية باستخدام تقنيات غازية أو غير غازية.
نحن نشجع وندعم المشاركةالفعّالةللعائلات في رعاية الأطفال في وحدة العناية المركزة لحديثي الولادة، خاصة من خلال خاصية الرعاية التي تسمى بالكنغارو، أو الاتصال الجسديالمباشر بين العائلة والطفل.
تحتوي وحدة العناية المركزة لحديثي الولادة لدينا على مرافق للإقامة, حيث يمكن للوالدين الإقامة ورعاية طفلهما قبل الخروج من المستشفى.
عندما يخرج الأطفال من وحدة العناية المركزة لحديثي الولادة، تتم متابعتهم في العيادة الخارجية حيث يتم أيضًا تثقيف الوالدين حول رعاية أطفالهم الرضّع.
