Roa’a Sa’ad Aldin manages one-to-one coordination and admissions services for international patients, overseeing the entire patient journey from initial application through discharge and post-treatment follow-up. Prior to patients’ arrival in Türkiye, she coordinates application, evaluation, and organizational processes, ensures that medical files are reviewed by the relevant specialists, and facilitates the development of the most appropriate treatment plan.

Throughout the process, she maintains clear, transparent, and trust-based communication, addressing all patient inquiries with clarity and professionalism. Upon patients’ arrival, she provides guidance at every stage of treatment, ensuring that surgeries, interventional procedures, hospital admissions, and rehabilitation processes progress seamlessly in close coordination with physicians and internal hospital departments.

Following treatment, she continues to oversee patient follow-up by coordinating discharge procedures, medical reports, medication guidance, and necessary referrals. When required, she also provides remote coordination and communication after patients return to their home countries, delivering a comprehensive, reliable, and patient-centered international care experience.
