Orthopedics & Traumatology

Orthopedics & Traumatology

The Department of Orthopedics and Traumatology provides comprehensive diagnosis and treatment for a wide range of musculoskeletal disorders affecting bones, joints, muscles, ligaments, tendons, and nerves.

Our specialists perform advanced surgical and non-surgical treatments for hand injuries, including tendon, vascular, and nerve injuries. Surgical management of hand and wrist disorders caused by trauma, rheumatic diseases, fractures, and ligament injuries is carried out using modern surgical techniques.

Joint replacement surgeries, particularly knee and hip replacements, are performed for patients suffering from advanced joint degeneration and arthritis. Our team also performs revision surgeries in cases of implant loosening or infection. Following surgery, patients benefit from comprehensive rehabilitation programs conducted in collaboration with our rehabilitation centers.

The department provides specialized care for pediatric orthopedic conditions, including developmental hip dysplasia in newborns, congenital deformities, spinal disorders, and fractures in children. Adult patients with spinal diseases, fractures, and musculoskeletal injuries are also treated with advanced diagnostic and surgical methods.

In collaboration with the oncology department, limb-sparing surgeries are performed for orthopedic tumors using modern reconstructive techniques such as artificial joint replacements, allografts, and autografts.

Our department also offers specialized treatment for sports injuries, enabling athletes to return to their activities as quickly and safely as possible. Advanced surgical procedures for injuries involving the knee, ankle, shoulder, elbow, and wrist are performed using the latest medical technologies.

Our 24/7 trauma team provides immediate care for fractures and soft tissue injuries resulting from accidents or trauma. Patients receive state-of-the-art surgical treatment followed by structured postoperative rehabilitation programs supervised by experienced physicians and physiotherapists.
