Periton dialysis and hemo dialysis treatments are applied for every age of children. However, as it is known, dialysis treatment is a temporary treatment method. Therefore, renal transplantation which is the definite and permanent treatment of renal failure is performed at best conditions by expert teams in our center and the follow up and treatment of transplant patients are carried out in our department. Any problem that might happen in the stage of postoperation of the transplantation is followed and appropriate approaches are carried out, accordingly.

The advanced evaluation of the children with hypertension is performed, the patients are evaluated by 24 hours ambulatory blood pressure monitoring, the etiology of the patient is analysed and treatment is planned.

The children with Enuresis nocturne which is a very common disease in our country and emerges with wetting and incontinence are evaluated in detail; the families and the patient are trained. The support and treatment of the children are provided.

Diagnosis, treatment and follow up of the childhood age rheumatism diseases are performed in our department. Especially the genetic diagnosing of Familial Mediterranean Fever which is very common in our country is done, its treatment is planned effectively and the patient follow-up planned, accordingly. The follow up of the rheumatologic disorders which are difficult to diagnose and treat such as Henoch-Schonlein purpura, vasculitis, systemic lupus erythematosus, juvenile rheumatic arthritis, dermatomyositis, and scleroderma are performed by professional doctors in their fields.
