After a long period of pain and discomfort caused by a knee cartilage problem, our patient began her journey from Kirkuk, Iraq, to Konya in search of the appropriate treatment. During this period, she visited several medical centers in Iraq but did not find the solution she was looking for. She then continued her search for treatment at Başkent University Konya Hospital.

After arriving at the hospital, she underwent a detailed medical evaluation of both knees. Her examination findings and medical history were reviewed, and an appropriate treatment plan was determined according to her condition.

Following the necessary evaluations and preparations, she underwent several procedures, including knee arthroscopy, bilateral High Tibial Osteotomy (Bilateral HTO/YTO), and Exosome Therapy.

The procedures were performed under the care of Dr. Omer Ali Kerkuklu, while Roaa Saad Aldin supported and coordinated her treatment journey, including appointments, communication with the relevant departments, and the necessary arrangements throughout her stay.

Today, we are happy to see our patient doing better after her treatment and to share her happiness and satisfaction with her experience. After a long search for a solution to a condition that had affected her comfort and daily life, she is now beginning a new stage of recovery and follow-up.

We wish her continued improvement and a smooth return to her daily life with greater comfort.
