Meaningful Patient Connections and Healthcare Dialogue at FestiExpo Lyon
Başkent Konya Hospital participated in FestiExpo, held in Lyon, France, from
May 8–10, as part of its ongoing efforts to strengthen international outreach
and engage directly with patients interested in healthcare services in Türkiye.
The exhibition
provided an excellent opportunity to meet former patients, visitors, and
members of the local community, allowing the hospital team to exchange experiences
and answer questions regarding specialized medical treatments and international
patient services.
Throughout the
event, the hospital’s stand welcomed numerous visitors interested in learning
more about treatment opportunities in Türkiye, advanced medical specialties,
and the comprehensive support services available for international patients.
During the
exhibition, Dr. Omer Ali Kerkuklu,
Medical Director of the International Patient Department, met with visitors and
prospective patients, providing information about treatment pathways, medical
services, and patient follow-up processes.
The participation
highlighted the value of direct communication with patients and reinforced the
hospital’s commitment to building long-term relationships based on trust,
transparency, and quality healthcare.
