YTB Students Complete Their Practical Training at Başkent Konya Hospital
The internship program organized for students of the Presidency for Turks Abroad and Related Communities (YTB) has come to an end following a period of practical training at Başkent Konya Hospital.
Throughout the program, the students had the opportunity to experience a real healthcare working environment and gain practical insights alongside their academic education.
During their internship, the students trained in different departments across the hospital, where they observed daily workflows, became familiar with administrative and organizational processes, and gained a closer understanding of how a university hospital operates.
Ms. Roaa Saad Aldin supervised the students throughout their internship, following their training process and coordinating the different aspects of their placement across the hospital's departments. She also provided guidance and support throughout their time at the hospital.
The training provided the students with an opportunity to develop a broader understanding of the healthcare sector, gain practical skills, and connect their academic knowledge with real-world professional experience.
Programs such as this play an important role in supporting international students by giving them access to practical training environments and opportunities to develop their professional skills.
At the conclusion of the program, we extend our sincere appreciation to YTB for this valuable initiative and wish all participating students continued success and excellence in their academic and professional journeys.
